Please note that our standard quote includes all services except for those subject to additional charges. Any services incurring additional fees will be itemized separately in the quotation. - Dust & wipe all fans, aircon filters & light fittings.
- Dust & wipe all door frames, doors, skirting boards, plug sockets, light switches.
- Spot clean wall edges & around switches.
- Windows cleaned inside & out.
- Wipe all window tracks & siding doors.
- Clean all mirrors throughout including wardrobe doors.
- All cupboards dusted and wiped out.
- All floors – vacuumed/swept & mopped.
- BATHROOMS:
- Clean and disinfect baths and showers.
- Shower Screen Washed and scrubbed.
- Clean interior/exterior of vanities.
- Clean/polish sinks and taps.
- Clean and disinfect toilets, bowl, cistern
- Wipe towel bars
- Wipe down & shine all wall tiles.
- Mirror to be cleaned.
- Clean exhaust fan, light fittings.
- GARAGE:
- Dust ceilings removing cobwebs
- Sweep down skirting boards
- Hand wipe switches/ plug sockets.
- Balcony sweep and quick moop.
- KITCHEN:
- All cupboards cleaned from inside and outside.
- Clean oven, racks & trays
- Clean stove & range hood, inc filters
- Clean inside/outside of microwave
- Clean inside/outside of dish washer
- Clean splash backs, walls & tiles
- Clean/disinfect/polish sinks and taps.
- LAUNDRY:
- Wipe down inside/outside of washer/dryer.
- Empty dryer filters.
- Clean inside/outside cupboards.
- Vacuum around washer/dryer floors.
- Moop floors.

- Pest control.
- Sofa/Metress/Carpet Steam cleaning.
- Wash whole of the Walls(It means that the cleaning staff has the authority to determine during on-site inspection that the customer’s walls require this service to meet the standards of end-of-lease cleaning; if the customer refuses, they must email the company, and the consequences will be borne by the customer.)

- You did not declare that you had pets when you booked the service
- Removal of items that do not belong in the house, including the arrangement of personal items and the removal of items that are not recognized by the manager
- Cleaning of movable furniture (beds, nightstands, floor lamps, bedside lamps, sofas, coffee tables, dining table with chairs, shoe racks for entry. If you have dishes to return, make sure they are cleaned and dried and placed in a uniform cabinet)
- Take garbage away (Total volume more than 12L will be charged according to the required working hours.)
